• Night Stay Booking Notice:

1. Uploading the correct ID proof at the time of booking is mandatory. The ID will be verified at the time of entry, and any mismatch with the uploaded ID will result in entry being restricted.
2. The foreigner booking for stay is open 90 days in advance.
3. The Indian booking for stay will open on 4th Oct 2026 at 10:00 AM IST.

• Instructions Regarding ID Verification of Group Leader & Tourist Members.
• 1. A clear copy/photo of both the front and back sides of the Group Leader’s valid ID must be uploaded on the portal.
  2. For all other tourist members included in the group, only their valid ID number shall be entered on the portal.
  3. The Group Leader shall be fully responsible for collecting the IDs of all tourist members and ensuring their preliminary scrutiny and verification.
  4. At the time of entry, the Group Leader must produce the original and valid IDs of all group members for verification.
  5. In case of any discrepancy, incompleteness, or incorrect information in the ID of any member, resulting in denial of entry, the entire responsibility shall rest with the Group Leader.
• Entry fees is common from 1-6 guests for Indian and Foreigner Guests.
• Foreign Nationalist required to keep photo copy of their passport.
• Vatanvasa is near Lansedowne city. Guests staying at or around Lansedowne may come Vatanvasa Safari. From Lansedowne it will take around 1:30 Hours to reach.
• Kolhuchaur is near to Kotdwar city. It takes 20 minutes to reach Saneh gate from Kotdwar city. From Lansedowne it will take around 1:30 Hours to reach.
• While filling booking form, also mention the name, age, gender of each group member at Message Text Box.
• Same day booking is not possible. Book at least 48 hours before, it makes us to make arrangement properly.
• If you seek for refund, kindly excuse us or it will be as per our refund policy, as listed in link below panel under Terms and conditions
• Above rates are valid for jungle safari for maximum 3 hours only.
• Guide Charges Rs. 1000 will be extra and directly payable at entry gate. We don’t charge Guide fees in our booking. Kindly don’t bargain us on this.
• We strictly follow the timing so come in selected time.
• Sitting capacity of Jeep is 6 pax at at time. Only 1 fiver years old child is free. No sharing on booking
• Alternatively you can book Private Cottages/Camp/Resort with us with all meal facilities and addon activites at cottage site.
• Pickup from Kotdwara by Max/Bolero (Non-AC) cab charges will be extra
• Pickup from Resort / Rathuwadhab FRH / Mudiapani by Gypsy charges will be extra
• Guide charges extra.
• GST (5 % Extra)
• Safari during Rainy (Monsoon) days: June, July, August, September have some days when there is unexpected rains or heavy rains. Safari will be subjected to permission by forest authority, even you have entry permit for that day. Security comes first in all respect. If it is cancelled in such situation, no refund, shifting is possible in any circumstances. Kindly excuse us, we are unable to entertain in this regard.
